150ｃｍ巾カラーミックスコットン糸のフランス綾 ミックスグレー [TR5428CB]
タテ糸にはブラックの30番手くらいの双糸で作ったコットン糸、横糸は濃淡の白から黒などのコットンを混ぜたようなミックス糸を使っています。
この横糸を作ることも大変な仕事。
まさにコットン100％なのにウールのようにも見えます。
生地を洗うと素敵な大人っぽい表情の生地になります。パンツやスカートなどにもおすすめです。厚みはチノパンのツイルくらいのイメージで透け感はありません。

This weave is used for wool jackets and coat fabrics and is called French twill.
This French twill is made of 100% cotton.
The warp is made of black cotton yarn of about 30 count twin yarns, and the weft is made of a mix of cotton yarns, from white to black and other shades of cotton.
Making this weft yarn is also hard work.
It looks like wool even though it is truly 100% cotton.
When the fabric is washed, it takes on a wonderful mature look. It is recommended for pants and skirts. The thickness is about the same image as the twill of chinos, and it is not transparent.
