コットン・ポリエステルジャガード ○△□ [ST3010]
コットン100％だとここまで生地の重さが軽い生地はできませんが、タテ糸にポリエステルを使うことによって適度なハリ感と軽さを両立しています。
普通はこんな加工しないのですが、デニムを洗う大きなパワーがあるタンブラー洗濯機で洗いをかけカジュアルな雰囲気にも対応できる素材感に仕上げました。
生地のシワに割と強く雰囲気がキープできると思います。
生地の厚みは1mm程です。
織り工程上、生地表面のタテ方向にブラックの糸が強く見える場合がありますが、生地の風合いを出すための加工上できるものですのでご理解いただければと思います。
Cotton-polyester jacquard
It is made of cotton and polyester in a jacquard weave with a unique textured feel. I would like to say Maru Sankaku Shikaku, but there is no sankaku.
With 100% cotton, it is not possible to make a fabric this light in weight, but by using polyester in the warp, we have achieved both a moderate firmness and lightness.
Normally, this kind of processing is not done, but the material is washed in a tumbler machine, which has the power to wash denim, to create a material that can also be used for a casual atmosphere.
The fabric is relatively resistant to wrinkling and will keep its atmosphere.
The thickness of the fabric is about 1 mm.
Due to the weaving process, black threads may be strongly visible in the warp direction on the surface of the fabric, but we hope you will understand that this is due to the processing of the fabric to give it a textured appearance.
