今年らしく、シルクのように生地面のきれいなタイプをご紹介。
普通、ストレッチブロードと言うと、「ポリウレタン」と言う糸を混紡するのが一般的。
しかし、コットン95％に対して5％のポリウレタンで製造すると、最初はいいのですが、縮むし、だんだん型崩れが心配になってきます。
そこで今回は、ポリエステルとコットンのみの使用で「ポリウレタン＝ゴムみたいな糸」は使用していないタイプをチョイス。型崩れや洗濯した後のシワが入りにくいイージーケアにしています。
使っているポリエステルの糸、UVカット・速乾性・形態安定の機能があります。また、生地の仕上げに毛羽を取り除くバイオ加工をして仕上げております。

This year, we are introducing a type with a beautiful fabric surface like silk.
Stretch broadcloth is usually blended with a yarn called 'polyurethane'.
However, when manufactured with 95% cotton and 5% polyurethane, it is fine at first, but it shrinks and gradually loses its shape.
Therefore, we have chosen a type that uses only polyester and cotton and no 'polyurethane = rubbery yarn'. We have made it easy-care, which prevents it from losing its shape and getting wrinkled after washing.
The polyester yarn used, has UV-cut, quick-drying and form-stabilising functions. The fabric is also finished with a bio-process to remove fluff.
60% cotton, 40% polyester.
