20番手ツイルブライトコットン 反発加工 モスグリーン [WC23806]
日本の加工技術の結晶のような生地に仕上がっています。
20番手の高品質コットンを撚糸した後にガス焼き加工をして糸表面の毛羽を取り除く工程を得て、高密度で綾織に織った織り物になります。
その織物に反発加工によってプリッとした風合いに仕上げ、形態安定シャツに使われる技法を使ってシワになりにくい風合いをプラスしました。
コットン100％なのに、まるでポリエステルか？テンセルか？という疑問符がつくほどの風合いに仕上がりました。
パンツやスカート・サロペット・サルエルも素敵。スケ感が無く大半でご使用いただけると思います。

After twisting 20 count high quality cotton yarn, it undergoes a gas-burning process to remove fluff from the yarn surface, and is then woven into a high-density twill weave.
The fabric is then treated with a repulsive process to give it a crisp texture, and a technique used for form-stabilized shirts is used to add a wrinkle-resistant texture.
Although it is made of 100% cotton, it looks as if it is made of polyester or Tencel. Is it Tencel? The result is a texture that makes you wonder if it is polyester or Tencel.
Pants, skirts, salopettes, and sarouels are also great. It has no skew and can be used for the majority of occasions.
