リネンデニムを織るときはリネン糸が切れやすいので糸に糊付けをして織ります。

織り上がった生地は厚紙のように固くパンッと張った状態の生地になります。

その生地を特殊な洗い方法を使って揉み込み洗いをしながら糊を丁寧に落とし、柔らかいなかにも適度な反発感を残しながら仕上げたリネンデニムです。

色はアンティークブルーを使っています。インディゴブルーと違いとても爽やかな色です。

*　麻の独特の風合いを生かし多少の織りムラやネップなどございますが麻糸を紡ぐときに出来る自然な物です。 *　タンブラーウォッシュ・柔軟加工を生地にしてあるので、生地を洗った時にできるアタリ・シワがございます。また、インディゴ染料のため縦横無尽にスジも入ります。加工をして風合いを高めて雰囲気を出した生地になります。洋服として使用していく間に自然とそれらが馴染むかと思います。予めご了承の上お楽しみいただくようお願いします。

Cotton linen nep chambray denim with tumbler wash

When weaving linen denim, the linen threads are easily broken, so they are glued to the threads and woven.

The woven fabric is then stiff and taut like a piece of cardboard.

The fabric is then washed and rubbed using a special washing method to carefully remove the glue, resulting in a linen denim that is soft but with just the right amount of resilience.

The color is antique blue. Unlike indigo blue, it is a very refreshing color.

* The unique texture of linen may have some unevenness in the weave and some neps, but these are natural when the linen yarn is spun. * The fabric has been tumbled washed and softened, so there will be some wrinkles and bounces when the fabric is washed. Also, because of the indigo dye, the fabric will have wrinkles in all directions. The fabric is processed to enhance the texture and atmosphere. We believe that they will naturally blend in while being used as clothing. Please be aware of this in advance and enjoy it.
