反発感があり、生地に動きを出すパターンには最適です。「天日干し風タイプライター」などと違い、反発感とツルとしたサテンでホコリもつきにくい生地に仕上がっています。

80番手なので生地感が薄く感じられるかと思わがちですが、圧縮していることによってワイドなパンツからコート的なデザイン、分量を取ったスカート、サルエルなどワンランク上の洋服の仕上がりになると思います。

This is a salt-shrunk, crimped cotton satin tumbler-washed fabric, skillfully dyed using 80-count cotton yarn.

After repeatedly kneading the fabric before dyeing, it is compressed to the extreme to create a resilient finish, resulting in a plump texture.

Ideal for patterns requiring movement and a resilient feel, this fabric differs from sun-dried typewriter-style fabrics. It offers both resilience and a smooth satin finish that resists dust accumulation.

Though 80-count yarn might suggest thinness, the compression technique allows it to elevate garments—from wide-leg pants and coat-like designs to voluminous skirts and harem pants—to a higher level of sophistication.

表面はビーバー加工で、毛並みを出し素晴らしい光沢があります。

高級なシャツ生地に使われるNuno Mittelで定番の綿100/2の糸とT400と言われるストレッチ性のあるポリエステルの糸を組み合わせた先染サッカー素材になります。

Out of Standard: Coolmax Seersucker Stretch Grey [DY772I]

This yarn-dyed jersey fabric combines Nuno Mittel's signature 100% cotton 2-ply yarn with T400 stretch polyester yarn, typically used for premium shirting fabrics.

Specialised fibre cross-section → Rapid sweat absorption via capillary action. → Superior breathability facilitates swift evaporation. → Evaporation draws heat away, lowering the fabric's surface temperature → Characterised by excellent breathability.

Care is straightforward. Machine washable at home with low creasing, it maintains a pristine appearance. Designed for ease of use in busy lifestyles.

This fabric was finished differently than the client's specified dyeing, hence the discounted sale. The fabric itself is free from defects or stains. Physical properties are sound; we believe it will satisfy if the colour suits your preference.

The striped section was intended to be finished in black but has instead turned out as a reddish grey.

60番手綾織バーバリーリネンの生地になります。糸全体の毛羽は取り除きフラットに仕上げました。

60番手の細番手で生地目を詰めてバーバーリーの要領で織って、ガス焼きして毛羽を取り除いて生地目を詰めました。

こう、説明をすると硬い？厚い？と考える方もいるかと思いますが、洗いをして仕上げたので柔らかくパンツやスカートに良く、風になびく感覚の風合いです。

しかし、染色時にネイビーの染料のムラが発生！　アパレルさんｎ売れなくなってしまいました。そこで規格外として売り出します。

こちらの生地は生地巾142ｃm巾の片耳から約20ｃｍ〜30ｃｍに濃いネイビーの染料溜まりがあります。(写真参照)

有効生地巾は142ｃｍ引く約20ｃｍ-30ｃｍが有効とお考えいただければと思います。また、ご注文数量によっては無傷の場合もあります。

Non-standard product: Linen Burberry Antique Navy [DY6622E]

This is a 60-count twill Burberry linen fabric. All fuzz has been removed from the yarn and finished flat.

The fabric is woven with a 60-count fine yarn to make the fabric denser, then gas-burned to remove fuzz and make the fabric denser.

When I explain it like this, some people may think it's stiff or thick, but it's been washed and finished to be soft, making it ideal for pants and skirts, with a feel that flutters in the wind.

However, during dyeing, unevenness occurred in the navy dye, making it unsellable for apparel. Therefore, we are offering it as an irregular item.

This fabric has a concentration of navy dye approximately 20–30 cm from one edge of the 142 cm wide fabric. (See photo)

The effective fabric width is 142 cm minus approximately 20 cm to 30 cm. Additionally, depending on the order quantity, there may be sections without any defects.

* The unique texture of hemp is preserved, so there may be slight weaving irregularities or neps, but these are natural occurrences that happen during the spinning of hemp yarn.

トレンチコートで有名な某メーカーさん御用達の生地。

コットン100％なのに、見た感じはポリエステルのような艷やかさとスムースさ・光沢感があります。

また、今回の生地は東洋紡のバーバリーとなり、発色の良さが群を抜いています。

カーキベージュ・ネイビー・ブラックの3色ありますが、それぞれ生地を織る前に糸を染めてから織る先染織物。

こちらのネイビーは経糸にブラック色の糸を使い、横糸にロイヤルブルー色の糸を使って綾織におられています。

更に、汚れ防止の為に生地の表面に撥水加工をしてあります。

トレンチコート程度の風合いなので、パンツやスカートなどにも使えそうです。

一般的に洗いざらしリネン生地と言うのは、染めた後に揉み洗いなどをしクタッとした風合いのリネン生地が多くあります。

この方法で仕上げたリネン生地はリネン糸から毛羽が多く発生しカジュアル感の強い表情の生地となります。風合いは柔らかいのでどうしても服のシルエットが崩れやすくなります。もちろんクタッとした風合いが合う洋服もあります。

そこで私たちはシャツ等に使っていただきたい理想のホワイトリネン生地を作ることにしました。

1. 生地面をシワシワに縮めるのではなく平らな（even:イーブン）状態で縮めて透け感を少なくする
2. 型くずれしにくく凛とした雰囲気で永く着られる
3. シワになりにくく、生地自体に反発力がある
4. 洗って天日で乾かした後の表情

この生地を作るため機屋さん・繊維加工業さんなどと研究し、ハードマン社製リネン60番手を使い高密度に織り上げ理想のホワイトリネン生地ができました。色はスーパーホワイトとホワイトの2色を製作しました。

ホワイトは通常のリネンの「オフホワイト」より少し白度を高めた色でスーパーホワイトは私達の定番色の真っ白色です。

High Density Even Shrink Linen Super White

Generally, washed linen fabrics are often dyed, rubbed, and washed to give them a crispy texture.

Linen fabrics finished in this way tend to have a casual look due to the fluffiness of the linen yarns. The texture is so soft that the silhouette of the garment is easily distorted. Of course, there are some clothes that are better suited to a crumpled texture.

Therefore, we decided to create an ideal white linen fabric for shirts and other items.

We shrink the fabric surface flat (even) rather than wrinkling it to reduce transparency.
It is hard to lose its shape and can be worn for a long time with a dignified atmosphere.
Resists wrinkling, and the fabric itself has resilience.

In order to create this fabric, we worked with a machine shop and a textile processing company to produce the ideal white linen fabric, which was densely woven using Hardeman's 60-count linen. Two colors were produced: super white and white.

White is a slightly whiter color than the “off-white” of regular linen, and super white is our standard pure white color.

昔は手作業で織ったり染めたりしたインド綿で80番手コットンローンがこの様なふんわりとした柔らかい風合いで人気があって有名でした。でも、織り傷が多くてたまに砂も入ったりして（ガンジス川で晒す？）いたことがあって日本で売るには難しい感じでした。

今は日本の織りと染色工業の皆様の「手」でインド80ｓコットンローンに負けないとても良い風合い、生地目の詰まり具合で透けにくく麻織物より涼しい生地が出来上がっています。

Touzuki is a well-known laundry service in the Kanto region.

In the past, 80-count cotton lawn made from Indian cotton, which was woven and dyed by hand, was popular and famous for its soft, fluffy texture. However, it often had many weaving defects and sometimes even sand in it (perhaps from being bleached in the Ganges River?), making it difficult to sell in Japan.

Now, thanks to the skilled hands of Japanese weaving and dyeing professionals, we have created a fabric that rivals Indian 80s cotton lawn in terms of texture and density, making it less transparent and cooler than linen fabric.

ボダニーサージという織り方のコットン綾織物になります。

サージ織りと言いますと斜めの織り線が入ったウールなどで代表的な制服などに使われる生地が多いのですが、そのサージ織りに光沢感をもたせたのがボダニーサージになります。

殆どはウールやレーヨン・ポリエステルといった混紡素材が多いです。しかし、こちらはコットン100％の糸を使って織られた生地になります。

あまり厚みなどのイメージがつきにくいかと思いますが、コーデュロイやモールスキンの起毛を抑えて柔らかくしたイメージになります。

この高度の光沢感に洗いが入って行くと光沢感とシワ感がミックスされたとても素敵な風合いの生地になると思います。コクーン系のラインや冬のワイドパンツ・ジャケットなどにも使われています。

British Millerain 8 oz. waxed cotton CHERA

This is a durable plain weave fabric impregnated with water-repellent wax.

This fabric has a water-repellent effect because it is impregnated with wax oil, and in England, this material is used for hunting jackets worn when hunting.

やはり、触っていただかないとこのフリースの良さは体感できないと思うのですが、できるだけ説明します。

フリースというと「ポリエステル100％」が多いと思いますが、今回の生地はビスコースレーヨンを混紡して編まれたニットになります。

まさに、しっとり感がポリエステル100％と違い生地に触れた瞬間に感じていただけると思います。

This is an Italian-made fleece knit.

Honestly, you really need to feel it to appreciate this fleece's quality, but I'll describe it as best I can.

While fleece is often 100% polyester, this fabric is a knit blended with viscose rayon.

You'll immediately notice the soft, smooth feel upon touching it—quite different from 100% polyester.

アイリッシュリネンを使用した12オンスデニムになります。

リネン100％。

私が考えるにボトムに使うリネンは太番手でしっかりと厚みがあった方が、シャキッとしたシルエットになると思っています。

もちろん、40番手や60番手・25番手も用途によっては良いですが、着用していくうちにダラ〜っとしてしまいます。スカートや「洗い込んだ・・・・」的にはベストです。

綿のデニムはそこまでダラ〜っとしにくいですが、リネンのデニムは薄手の生地だと顕著に出てくる蛍光がありますので12オンス。約14番手〜18番手くらいです。

永く着用していただきたいリネンデニムです。

[ORIGINAL] Irish Linen Denim, Tumbler Wash [STDE6229T]

This is a 12-ounce denim made from Irish linen.

100% linen.

In my opinion, linen used for bottoms should be made from a heavier, thicker yarn to achieve a crisp silhouette.

Of course, 40-count, 60-count, or 25-count linen can work well depending on the application, but they tend to lose their shape and become baggy over time. They’re best suited for skirts or a “well-worn” look.
