高度な技術で毛羽立ちをおさえた糸「コンパクトヤーン」を使用し、先染めのホワイトとブラック色の糸を使って細かいチェックを現した生地です。

色はホワイト×ブラックの約0.7ミリのピッチマイクロギンガムチェック。

This manufacturer uses raw cotton from Turkey—a world-renowned producer of high-quality cotton—and handles the entire production process in-house, from spinning to finishing.

The fabric features a fine check pattern created using ‘compact yarn’—a type of yarn produced using advanced techniques to minimise fuzziness—and pre-dyed white and black threads.

The pattern features a micro gingham check in white and black with a pitch of approximately 0.7 mm.

It is ideal for smart dresses, skirts and shirts.

一見、ポリエステルの生地ではないか？と見間違えるほど光沢としなやかさが魅力のイタリア製：MONTI社のブロードをご紹介いたします。

コットンの原料・紡績の工程が素晴らしく、糸自体がツルッとしています。毛羽の少ない糸を使うことによって打ち込み（生地の織り方向の縦と横が詰まっている）がしっかりとしていますので、コシがあり光沢と共に高級感がとてもあります。

ホワイト6mmとスカイブルー15mmの色の糸でストライプ柄を織っています。

この生地は良く紳士服のオーダーメイド用に使われることが多く、末永く使っていただける生地だと思います。シワ感がとても素敵なので洗い込んで着ていただいても良いですし、エレガントにクリーニング仕様で使って頂いても遜色ありません。きっと、シャツだと襟部分の形が綺麗に出ると思います。

PRINCIPE Stripe by Monti made in Italy

At first glance, it may look like a polyester fabric. We are pleased to introduce a broadcloth made in Italy by MONTI, which is so shiny and supple that it could be mistaken for a polyester fabric at first glance.

The raw materials and spinning process of cotton are excellent, and the yarn itself is smooth. By using a yarn with little fluff, the beating (the length and width in the weaving direction of the fabric is tight) is firm, so the fabric has a very high quality feel with firmness and luster.

The stripe pattern is woven with 6mm white and 15mm sky blue colored yarns.

This fabric is often used for custom-made men's wear, and we think it is a fabric that can be used for many years to come. It has a very nice wrinkled feel, so you can wash it and wear it, or you can use it elegantly with cleaning specifications. I am sure that the shape of the collar part of the shirt will come out beautifully.

フランス綾と呼ばれる斜め方向に畝をはっきり出す織り方法で織った生地。

平織りに比べるとフランス綾は品の良い光沢感が出ます。この光沢感を適度に抑えるためC.C Finishという加工を施す事により繊維を優しく叩きほぐし、光沢感を維持しながらリネンの毛羽を取り除き透けにくい風合いで仕上げました。

原料の麻はFrench Linenを使用。織りから加工までを日本国内で行っています。

シャツやワンピースなどにオールマイティに活躍します。

This fabric is woven in a method called "French twill," which clearly shows ridges in the diagonal direction.

Compared to plain weave, French twill has a more elegant sheen. In order to suppress this luster to a moderate level, the fibers are gently beaten and loosened by a process called C.C Finish, which removes the fluff from the linen while maintaining the luster, resulting in a texture that is less translucent.

French Linen is used as the raw material. The entire process from weaving to processing is done in Japan.

It is versatile enough for shirts and dresses.

40番手のブロードがベースなので、シャツよりは軽い感じのワンピースやパンツに適した素材になります。

色からすると、トップスな感じと思いきや、反発加工をしたのでパリッと紙の様な風合い。かといって硬いという印象ではありません。

硬い仕上げは「硬仕上げ」という、ワイシャツで言うと洗濯糊をバッキバキにかけて「壁に立てかけれるんではないか？」というもの。それとは全然違います。

この反発加工は、シルクの様にドレープで体に沿う事が無いのでボディラインのシルエットが出にくいというメリットがあります。たっぷり分量のデザインでも「ちょうどいい」シルエットになると思います。透けないくらいに加工してあります。

DY772D 40-count broadcloth, textured wash finish, lavender blue [DY772D]

As it is based on 40-count broadcloth, this fabric is better suited to dresses and trousers than shirts, as it feels lighter.

Judging by the colour, you might expect it to be more like a top, but the crisp finish gives it a crisp, paper-like texture. That said, it doesn’t feel stiff.

A stiff finish is known as a ‘hard finish’—in the context of a shirt, this would be like applying starch so heavily that you might wonder, ‘Could you lean it against a wall?’ This is completely different from that.

The advantage of this springy finish is that, unlike silk, it does not drape closely to the body, so it does not emphasise the silhouette of your figure. Even with a generously cut design, I believe it will create a ‘just right’ silhouette. It has been treated to ensure it is not see-through.

コットン80番手の糸を使用した巧みな染色方法を施した塩縮縮絨コットンサテンタンブラーウォッシュ加工となります。

染色前に生地を繰り返し揉みこんだ後、極限まで生地を圧縮して生地に反発加工をしてプリッとした風合いに仕上げました。

反発感があり、生地に動きを出すパターンには最適です。「天日干し風タイプライター」などと違い、反発感とツルとしたサテンでホコリもつきにくい生地に仕上がっています。

80番手なので生地感が薄く感じられるかと思わがちですが、圧縮していることによってワイドなパンツからコート的なデザイン、分量を取ったスカート、サルエルなどワンランク上の洋服の仕上がりになると思います。

This is a salt-shrunk, crimped cotton satin tumbler-washed fabric, skillfully dyed using 80-count cotton yarn.

After repeatedly kneading the fabric before dyeing, it is compressed to the extreme to create a resilient finish, resulting in a plump texture.

Ideal for patterns requiring movement and a resilient feel, this fabric differs from sun-dried typewriter-style fabrics. It offers both resilience and a smooth satin finish that resists dust accumulation.

Though 80-count yarn might suggest thinness, the compression technique allows it to elevate garments—from wide-leg pants and coat-like designs to voluminous skirts and harem pants—to a higher level of sophistication.

ウールギャバ（ウールギャバジン）をクタクタに洗い込んだ生地になります。

お色はやはり真っ黒ブラック。　某メーカーでよく使っている生地になります。

ウールギャバという生地は元々はメンズ・レディースのお硬いスーツ生地に使われていました。そこに80年時代初期、尊敬するアバンギャルドなアパレルメーカー様がタンブラーウォッシュをしたウールギャバを作り出したのが始まりだと記憶しています。

コットンのような柔らかさ、身に纏った時のエレガントさ、いつも通りの安定感があります。

オールマイティーなウールですのでジャケットからワンピース・スカートなど多彩に使っていただいています。

このブラックウールギャバをムラ染めをした「ウールギャバ　タンブラーウォッシュ　手作業ムラ染め」もご用意しました。こちらはスミクロがベースで手作業染めのウールギャバになります。

麻布にパラセット加工をしたリネンクロス。このパラセットというのは蝋の系統の樹脂を生地に染み込ませ、生地が折れ曲がると白い筋が付くように加工されたものです。また、この加工の特徴として風合いが硬いですが、この硬い生地を使い込むことによって色の変化と風合いが柔らかくなるという現象がおきます。（↑動画で説明いたします）当然、生地を裁断（販売時）するときも折れ曲がったりしますので無作為に白い筋が入りますが、この生地を洗ったり、もんだりしていくと全体に白い筋が行き渡り雰囲気ある生地となります。私は数年前にベルギーのインディーズブランドの方と知り合った時、この生地のコートを見たことがあります。麻なんだけど麻じゃない様な雰囲気もあると思います。もちろん、コートやバックなどにも良いと思います。

タイプライタークロスというのはコットン糸を高密度で平織りに織った綿織物になります。

30年くらい前まではタイプライタークロスの事をダウンプルーフって読んでいた気がしてます。
高密度で織って行くのでダウン（羽毛）プルーフ（守る　飛び出ない）という意味でした。
そうです。羽毛布団の素材として織った綿織物が最初ではないかと感じています。

さて、今回はタテ糸にブラック糸、ヨコ糸にホワイト糸のコットンを高密度で織った織物で、４０番手くらいのタイプライタークロス。

パリッパリに仕上がっています。このパリパリを利用したデザインにオススメです。

Chambray Typewriter Fabric WH×BK [3542K]

Typewriter fabric is a cotton fabric woven in a high-density plain weave using cotton yarn.

I seem to recall that, until about 30 years ago, typewriter fabric was called “down-proof.”
Since it’s woven at a high density, the term “down-proof” meant it would keep down (feathers) from escaping.
That’s right. I believe it was originally woven as a material for down comforters.

Now, this fabric is a high-density type of typewriter cloth—approximately 40-count—woven with black cotton warp threads and white cotton weft threads.

It has a crisp, stiff finish. I recommend using this crisp texture in your designs.

コットンとウールを使ったチノクロス（コットンの綾織）になります。チノパン・軽いシャツコート等に使えるくらいの生地の厚みとなります。

NunoMittelでは生地の再生・再加工をしています。この生地もその中の一つ。

生地の風合いを日本の加工技術によって元の生地から風合いを変化させて販売しています。

この生地はもともとメンズのトレンチコートを作るバシッとした硬い風合いの生地でした。

しかし、クタクタになるまで加工工場で生地を洗い込んだ後クタクタ感とハリ感を両立した風合いに変化させて仕上げました。

この風合いになると、コットン１００％だけのチノクロスでは味わえない高級感とカジュアル感の両立ができると考えたからです。

ウールでしかできないネイビーやカーキの濃い色合いも含めて楽しんでいただければと思います。

This fabric is a blend of cotton—about the same thickness as sheeting—and raw silk, woven in a plain weave.

The neps from the raw silk show through on the fabric’s surface, giving it a truly unique texture.

Naturally, it feels absolutely wonderful against the skin. Since the texture of the fabric really stands out, I think it’s best suited for creating simple, minimalist clothing designs.

リネン100％ではなく、ラミーを半分位使った麻織物になります。

特徴はなんといってもラミーのハリ感があること。

リネン100％（亜麻）は、涼しいけど何度が着用していく間にクタッとした雰囲気が出る特性があります。
ラミー（苧麻）はラミーに比べ弾力性がある糸。ハリ感つまりシャリッとした風合いが特徴になります。

その両者のいい部分を使って織り上げた生地になります。

色：キナリKNはシャンブレータイプ。タテ糸がオフホワイト、ヨコ糸が生成りになります。

40 Ramie & Linen Damaged Dyed Wash

This is not 100% linen, but a linen fabric with about half ramie.

The characteristic of this fabric is the bounciness of the ramie.

100% linen (flax) is cool, but it has the characteristic of becoming crumbly after repeated wear.
Ramie (ramie) is a yarn with more elasticity than ramie. Ramie (Ramie hemp) has a more elastic yarn than ramie, and is characterized by its bounciness, or crispy texture.

The fabric is woven using the best parts of both yarns.

Color: Kinari KN is a chambray type. The warp is off-white and the weft is raw.

The weft is off-white and the weft is raw. *There are some unevenness and neps in the weave to take advantage of the unique texture of linen, but these are natural things that occur when the linen threads are spun.

僕も良くあるんですが、スマホ画像の生地の写真を見て仕入れたら「めっちゃ硬い風合い」。

ネット通販って画像なので、実際に届いてみると思った風合いと違っていた！という経験をなされた方もいらっしゃると思います。

今回の生地は仕入れてみたら「めっちゃ硬い！風合い」と僕も体験。どうやらビンテージの生地っぽくてランチョンマットなどに使えそうなインテリア系にも使えそうな生地でした。

さて、「どうしたものか？」。

この生地を使う人にとって喜んでもらえるには？と考えていたら、以外に洋服用に買っていかれるお客様が続出。

私達Nuno Mittelは生地の風合いを変化させるノウハウがあるので、生地の目を詰めながらストーンウォッシュをして、柔らかい・毛羽立ちの少ない・生地目の詰まった透けにくい生地に変化させました。

僕の使っているリネンのランチョンマットは最初はピンッとしてきれいなんですが、おこちゃまなんでこぼしたりして洗濯するとガーンんて縮んでしまってみすぼらしい風合いに。ならば先にある程度縮めてしまったら？ということにしました。

洋服に至ってはサロペットやスカートやパンツなどに◎

14番手リネン。良く流通しているのは25番手。それよりも少しだけ厚手となります。

I often have this problem, too, but when I look at a picture of the fabric on my phone and purchase it, it has a "very hard texture".

I think there are some people who have experienced that the texture of the fabric is different from what they expected when they actually receive it because of the picture on the internet! I am sure some of you have experienced this.

This time, when I purchased the fabric, I found it to be "extremely hard! I also experienced the same thing. It seems to be a vintage fabric that could be used for interior decorations such as luncheon mats.

Now, "What should I do with it?" I was surprised to find that the fabric had a very stiff texture.

How can I make this fabric more appealing to the people who will use it? I was thinking, "How can I make the people who use this fabric happy?

We at Nuno Mittel have the know-how to change the texture of fabrics, so we stonewashed the fabric while filling in the grain of the fabric to make it softer, less fuzzy, and more tightly packed and less transparent.

My linen luncheon mats start out nice and crisp, but when I wash them after spilling something on them because I'm a little kid, they shrink and look shabby. So, I decided to shrink it to some extent first. So I decided to shrink it to some extent first.

And for clothes, salopettes, skirts, and pants, too...

14 count linen. The one that is well distributed is 25 count. It is a little thicker than that.

シャリッとした薄手のコットンツイルになります。
80番手双糸という非常に細番手の双糸を使って高密度に織り上げ、その後に塩縮の方法でワッシャー仕上げになっています。

透け感も無いのでパンツやジャケットなどに一重で作っていただけると思います。

画像では伝わらないもどかしさが強い生地です。本当に触っていただきたい。

Crisp, High-Twist Cotton Twill with Cool Crush Finish, Grayish Khaki [DY772P]

This is a crisp, lightweight cotton twill.
It’s woven at high density using extremely fine 60-count two-ply yarn, resulting in a smooth, flat-finished fabric. If you didn’t know better, you probably wouldn’t recognize it as cotton. It’s so beautiful that you might mistake it for polyester.

It’s not see-through, so it’s perfect for making pants or jackets as a single layer.

It’s a fabric that’s hard to fully appreciate from photos alone. You really have to feel it for yourself.

少し生地目の詰まったツウィードになります。

刷毛目とは刷毛で描いたようなという意味でよく使われる生地の呼称になります。

タテ糸・ヨコ糸にランダムに生成り色とブラック糸を組み合わせて平織りに織った生地になります。

糸配列のランダムさが生地の表情に現れます。

スーツやスカート・軽い感じのコートも良いと思います。

　年々純度100％のウールツウィードが少なくなってきました。百貨店やメーカーさんの展示会でも本当に少なく殆どが「リサイクルウール」などと呼ばれるウールと化学繊維を混紡した糸を使って織物です。

私達の会社は生地の産地に位置しています。お隣さんの尾西市や一宮市の尾州ウールが有名で業にまつわる会社もあります。
小さい頃からウール生地は触ってきているので、触っただけでツウィードに化学繊維がはいっているか？少しわかります。

やっぱり今回のウール100％ツウィード。懐かしさもあるハリ感と風合いです。

使用糸は経糸にブラウンミックス糸。横糸にブラック糸のシャンブレータイプになります。

シャギー加工というのは動物の毛の様に毛むくじゃらなイメージを表現したウールの加工方法の一つになります。モヘアの中でも毛足が特に長いタイプを使用していますのでうっとりするくらいの光沢があります。

毛足が長い上質なウールではないとシャギー加工はできません。今回はモヘアウールを使用糸たシャギークロス。

4〜5ｍｍ程の厚みで暖かく軽いのも特徴です。

シャンブレーと言う織り方で、経糸にウール糸・横糸にモヘア糸を使って織られています。

それぞれ違う色糸を使うのでシャンブレーといいます。

モヘアの光沢のある糸の効果で不思議な色の表現ができました。生地感からするとパンツやスカート・コートにお使いいただけると思います。

正しくトレンチコートの素材になります。

トレンチコートで有名な某メーカーさん御用達の生地。

コットン100％なのに、見た感じはポリエステルのような艷やかさとスムースさ・光沢感があります。

また、今回の生地は東洋紡のバーバリーとなり、発色の良さが群を抜いています。

カーキベージュ・ネイビー・ブラックの3色ありますが、それぞれ生地を織る前に糸を染めてから織る先染織物。

こちらのネイビーは経糸にブラック色の糸を使い、横糸にロイヤルブルー色の糸を使って綾織におられています。

更に、汚れ防止の為に生地の表面に撥水加工をしてあります。

トレンチコート程度の風合いなので、パンツやスカートなどにも使えそうです。

この生地の質感はポリエステル？って一瞬思いました。

実は毛羽感の少ない高級綿糸を使ったポリエステル混紡の織物でした。

コットンの比率が65％。ポリエステルは32％残り3％がポリウレタンというゴム状の糸になります。

プリッとしたハリ感もあるのでダラ〜としなくて縫い上がり映えがとても良さそう。

ストレッチは横方向に伸びます。横にはポリエステルは入っているのでパンツやスカートの場合、ストレッチ織物によくあるデメリットで膝の形がでてしまう事も少ないかと思います。

日本のポリエステルやナイロンの品質が個々数年格段に高品質になっていると思います。

サマーウールでいうとウールトロピカルと言う生地に似せたポリエステルの織物で風合いも落ち感も良く仕上がっています。

ストレッチ性が横方向にあります。伸縮回復力の強いストレッチ糸で、パンツを作った場合膝の飛び出しを軽減できます。

フォーマルなパンツやスカートなど作って頂いて、じゃぶじゃぶ洗濯できてシワにならない。

シルクの滑らかさを混紡したローン生地になります。

コットン１００％のローンと比べると、落ち感とふんわり感が増していて高級感があります。

ローンと言ってもタテ糸ヨコ糸の打ち込み本数（１インチに入る糸の本数）が多めに設計されています。綿１００％だと固くなってしまいがちですが、シルク混だからできる技で生地の透け感が少ないのも特徴です。

ブラウス、シャツなどにおすすめです。シルク２０％程度なのであまり生地が縮まないとは思いますが、一度水通しをされてから裁断されることをおすすめします。

ウールメルトンというウールの織物になります。

メルトンの製作工程は太番手のウール糸を使って織った生地を起毛加工をし、洗ってから縮絨・圧縮した防風・防寒機能を高めた昔からある織物になります。

メルトンと言っても本当に風合いや厚み・重さ共に様々。この生地は固くなくウールモッサの様です。

今回のメルトンは生地を作る製法がメルトンという意味で、柔らかく落ち感で定評のウールモッサとPコートに適した風合いのメルトンとの中間の風合いと厚み・重さを表現した生地になります。

ウール生地を圧縮・縮絨するには、モンゴルのゲルのようにウール100％が必須。この生地もウールでできていて縮絨してあります。かと言ってウールモッサのように柔らかく仕上げていますので、コシがあるのに生地目が詰まって温かく柔らかい織物になっています。

とても仕立て映えがする生地かと思いますので、コートやジャケットにおすすめ生地になります。

8ウェール（1インチの間のストライプ本数）の仕様で、様々にアイテムにお使いいただけます。

このポリエステルコーデュロイはポリエステルのビンテージ加工が非常に定評のある福井県の工場で染色・加工をした商品になります。

特に風合いは厚ぼったい印象にならずにドレープ性に富んでいます。コットンの場合、8ウェールのコーデュロイの場合、使い初めはハリ感が残り着ぶくれした印象になることもありますが、こちらの生地はキレイなシルエットが出ると思います。

品質はポリエステル。シワになりにくく車のシートに座った後も気にならないくらい。この時期デイリーに使っていただきたい生地です。

ちょっと私達ではちょっと貴重なウール１００％。もちろん先染めの糸を使った織物になります。

コットンやポリエステルレーヨン等と比べてウール１００％だと色の出方が全然違っていまして、品のよいミディアムグレーがベースにブラックやベージュ格子を作り深みのあるレッドでアクセントになっています。

制服のプリーツスカートに使われるくらいの透けない厚みです。

環境に優しい素材といえば天然繊維が挙げられることが多いのですが、天然繊維とは逆の化学繊維（ポリエステルやナイロンなど）との中間素材、「半科学繊維」のアセテートを使った生地になります。

元々は天然繊維のパルプ（樹木）で作ったレーヨンを酢酸などを利用してシルクのような光沢感と落ち感、吸湿性・速乾性を求めた生地になります。

今回はアセテートの中でもジャケットなどのアウターやパンツ・スカートなどにも使える厚地のアセテート。

生地の染め方は染液をジェット状に吹きつけ、水流（液流）に乗せて生地も循環させながら染色をする「液流染色」という染色法で行っているため、ナチュラルなシワを作ることができ、ヴィンテージ感のある生地に仕上がっています。

ポリエステルサテンの様な平面のテカテカした感じの生地ではなく、洗い上がってシワが入ったサテンのイメージ。

カジュアルに着れるエレガントな生地です。

　コットンとリネンの絶妙なバランスで配合してあるヘリンボーン。僕はヘリンボーンが好きなので直ぐに仕入れます。

ヘリンボーンって「ヘ」の字の連続みたいな織り柄があって、平織と綾織の中間なイメージ。（妄想ですが）
今回のヘリンボーンも平織でも綾織でも、できないようなな「柔らかい中にコシがある」風合いに仕上がっています。

リネンやコットンのネップを混ぜ込んで雰囲気が出ています。

ソルトアンドペッパー色という、オフホワイトや染色前の生成り色。ブラックリネンやコットンを使って織った色。「塩の中にコショウがある」という昔からある先染織物です。

シャツやスカート、サロペットなど分量が多いシルエットでも軽く落ち感あるんで馴染んでいいかと思います。

＊麻の独特の風合いを生かし多少の織りムラやネップなどございますが麻糸を紡ぐときに出来る自然な物です。

本当のレザーではないか？と疑いたくなるほどの質感を持った合成皮革になります。手芸生地店で扱われる合成皮革はカバンなどのファッション小物用途が多いので基布が織物の場合が多いです。私達の生地は洋服用途ですので基布（合成皮革を作られる際に使われる生地のベース）はニットになります。ニットの場合、元々伸縮性があります。そのためストレッチ性がある合成皮革となります。生地を触った感覚も本物のカーフレザーのようなヌメリ感があり、安っぽいツヤ感がありません。パンツやジャケット・コートなどにおすすめです。

この生地よりは薄手になります。もう少し柔らかいデザインにおすすめです。

リネン１００％の生地は、洗いざらした風合いが良く似合い涼しげでとても人気のあるテキスタイル（生地）と考えます。

リネンやラミーといった繊維は繊維自体にコットンと違って反発力があるため洗濯のたびに毛羽立つ傾向になることもあり、ヨレっとした感触の風合いに変化していくと思います。

この経年劣化も魅力のひとつなのですが、永く着る洋服の生地にとっては買い替えの少ない、「生地の雰囲気が変わりにくい」生地をチョイスすることもサスティナブルの一つだと考えます。

今回はタテ糸にナイロン糸を使ってリネンの毛羽立ちと風合いの変化を軽減し、ヨコ糸にリネン糸を使ってナチュラル感を目指した生地をメーカーと作りました。

生地の厚みは麻番手２５番のリネン100％の毛羽を取り除いたイメージの風合い。

ヨコ糸リネンの節糸がシャンタン生地のように見えます。

タテ糸ナイロンの効果によってほとんど透けなくパンツやスカート・サロペットなどに一重で作っていただけると思います。

This fabric is woven by combining soft polyester organza with natural cotton yarn.

It has been finished to give it a raw, unbleached look. Since it contains polyester, it is safe to wash at home.

The woven patterns are see-through. However, because the base is polyester organza, the weave itself does not shift.

It is a cool, airy fabric.

This is a crisp, lightweight cotton twill.
It’s woven at high density using extremely fine 60-count two-ply yarn, resulting in a smooth, flat-finished fabric. If you didn’t know better, you probably wouldn’t recognize it as cotton. It’s so beautiful that you might mistake it for polyester.

It’s not see-through, so it’s perfect for making pants or jackets as a single layer.

It’s a fabric that’s hard to fully appreciate from photos alone. You really have to feel it for yourself.

　ウールフラノ組織の先染め織物になります。

全体的にグリーン・ブラウン・レッドなイメージの色で、使わた糸色はホワイト・バーガンディ・ブラック・グリーン・ブラウン等６〜７色くらいを使ってハウンドトゥースの柄になっています。

何と言っても、このパターンのチェックはギンガム柄が多く存在していますが、ハウンドトゥース柄は稀です。

クラシカルな雰囲気も相まって雰囲気でてます。

生地名にはアンティークと付けましたが、現在の生地で復刻な感じとなります。フラノと同じようにお使いいただけるかと思います。パンツは少し厚手のイメージになります。

Antique Glen Check Flannel [SN7325S]

This is a yarn-dyed fabric with a wool flannel weave.

The overall color scheme is green, brown, and red, with a houndstooth pattern created using about six to seven colors of yarn, including white, burgundy, black, green, and brown.

While gingham patterns are common for this type of check, houndstooth patterns are rare.

This gives it a classic feel.

Although we named the fabric "Antique," it is actually a reproduction of a current fabric. It can be used in the same way as flannel. The pants have a slightly thicker feel.

This back satin fabric uses slub yarn for the weft.
The knotted yarns are irregular in thickness and twist, so the fabric looks marbled but is given a washer finish to give it even more texture.

天然繊維も日本の技術・センスでステキな生地を多く生産されていますが、数十年前までは化学繊維でも、ものすごい技術開発がなされていました。

化学繊維では黒色を真っ黒に染めたブラックフォーマルが日本の技術として有名です。

色は通称：FBK　業界ではフォーマルブラックの略で使われていて、通常のブラックよりも染色の工程数を増やして奥深い黒色に仕上がっています。

生地はバラッシャー系の織り方。フォーマルのスーツやスカートに使われることの多い織り方で仕立て映えする生地になります。

ストレッチはポリエステルの張力を生かしたタイプでポリウレタンを使わない伸び切らない方法で作られています。

Imagine that 60 count cotton yarn is the thickness of the yarn used for Liberty prints. The fabric woven with this yarn in a high-density plain weave (Liberty also uses plain weave) is called 60-count typewriter (weatherproof).

Since the texture is like paper just by weaving with high density, we give it a firmer wash afterwards to express a vintage-like grainy texture. The result is a material that is bulky, silky, and resilient.

This crisp, textured fabric features nylon warp threads and No. 60 linen weft threads.

The use of nylon in the warp threads provides dimensional stability that is not possible with 100% linen.

To highlight the characteristics of the linen weft, the fabric has been given a washed finish through a scrunch-wash process.

Since it resists wrinkling, it is recommended for blouses, shirt coats, and other items designed to protect against air conditioning.

まだ少し寒い時期に活躍してくれる、サーマルニットのご紹介。

軽く空気を含むんです。この編み方。かといって通気性は確保してるし、一枚ウィンドブレーカーを羽織れば温かい。暑くなったら1枚で涼しい。そんなニットです。

Tシャツ一枚では寒いなぁって言うときの素材なんです。最近はテキスタイルメーカーも真夏の素材ばかりで作らなくなりました。

今回のニットはポリエステルを20％使って伸縮性の安定を確保。

綿100％も良いんですが生地が伸び切って行くことが多いです。その点ちょいポリエステルは優秀です。

定番裏毛ニットをご紹介。やはり王道30/10裏毛ニット。「30/10」とは上糸が30番手の単糸綿糸、下糸が10番手の単糸綿糸を使ってダブル編み機で編んだニットという意味になります。

大体、多いのがこの「30/10」。やはり扱いやすく、分厚くならなくて着ぶくれしない良いバランスの糸なのだと思っています。

今回はスパンフライスというトレーナーなどで言えば手首の部分・襟部分に使うニットも同時に扱っています。スパンフライスは綿糸とポリウレタン糸（ゴム糸）を使って編んであり、キックバック（伸縮）が高い生地になります。同時にご利用いただければと思います。

The quintessential 30/10 fleece knit.
"30/10" denotes a knit produced on a double knitting machine using 30-count single-ply cotton yarn for the warp and 10-count single-ply cotton yarn for the weft.

This "30/10" is by far the most common.
It strikes a fine balance: easy to handle, not overly thick, and avoids bulkiness.

This time, we are also offering spandex rib knit, which is used for cuffs and collars on sweatshirts and similar garments. Spandex rib knit is knitted using cotton yarn and polyurethane yarn (elastic yarn), resulting in a fabric with high kickback (stretch). We recommend using it in combination.

リネンではなくラミーを使った平織りになります。

ラミー（苧麻）はリネン（亜麻）に比べ繊維の長さが若干長い為、比較的細番手の糸が作られます。その分細い糸で織っているのにリネンに比べるとほんの少しだけハリ感があります。

１２０番手という細い糸なので、柔らかくなりがちなイメージですが、ほんの少しハリ感が合ったほうが体のラインを拾わずにパフスリーブみたいなデザインのブラウスやロングブラウスにした時に生地が落ちすぎなくシャキッとして見えます。

決してオーガンジーの様な風合いではありません。薄手の涼し気なリネンと同じような感覚で使っていただけるかと思います。

＊麻の独特の風合いを生かし多少の織りムラやネップなどございますが麻糸を紡ぐときに出来る自然な物です。手作業によって洗い加工をしていますので色によって洗い上がりの風合いが多少ですが異なります。

148cm width 120 count ramie Lightly washed　：Ramie100％

It will be plain weave with ramie instead of linen.

Ramie (ramie) has a slightly longer fiber length than linen (flax), so a relatively fine count yarn is produced. This makes it a little more resilient than linen, even though it is woven with a finer yarn.

The 120 count fine yarn tends to make the fabric softer, but the slight bounciness helps to avoid picking up the lines of the body and gives a crisp look to blouses with puff sleeves or long blouses without making the fabric fall too much.

It is by no means an organza-like texture. I think you can use it in the same way as a thin cool linen.

*There are some unevenness and neps in the weave to make the most of the unique texture of linen, but these are natural things that are created when spinning the linen threads. Since the fabric is washed by hand, the texture of the washed fabric may differ slightly depending on the color.

シルキー起毛と呼ばれる目の細かい起毛加工を表面にしております。

ネルシャツなどの起毛に比べ、毛足の長さろ毛の繊毛具合が細かで触ると癒やされる肌さわりです。

横方向にストレッチ製があります。透け感はありません。一重でお作りになっていただけるかと思います。

French twill raised stretch cork beige

This is a stretch cotton with a French twill weave.

The surface of the fabric has a fine raised texture called “silky raised”.

Compared to raised fabrics such as flannel shirts, the length of the bristles and the fineness of the hairs are fine and soothing to the skin when touched.

This cupro fabric is characterised by a ‘suppleness’ that cannot be achieved with cotton or polyester.

When you hear the word ‘cupro’, I imagine you might think of the lining used in ‘Bemberg’ fabrics.

It possesses a suppleness very similar to that of the luxurious ‘Bemberg’ lining.

Cupro is not particularly water-resistant and tends to shrink, but this particular fabric is a washable cupro. It is a fabric from the brand YUSUCA and is also resistant to creasing.

We recommend hand washing at home and drying in the shade. Suitable for dresses, skirts, etc.

リネンとラミーの中間の風合い、「ヘンプ」のご紹介です。

ハリコシ：ラミー（苧麻）＞　ヘンプ（大麻）＞　リネン（亜麻）

毛羽の出やすさ：リネン（亜麻）＞　ヘンプ（大麻）＞　ラミー（苧麻）

こんなイメージが近いと僕は見ています。

オフホワイトですが、かなり白度が高く真っ白に近いヘンプ織物です。
糸番手は40番手くらい、タテ糸に60番といった感じで、シャツやブラウスにオススメです！

＊麻の独特の風合いを生かし多少の織りムラやネップなどございますが麻糸を紡ぐときに出来る自然な物です。

Fluffiness: Linen (Flax) > Hemp (Hemp) > Ramie (Ramie)

I see the image as close to this.

This is off-white, but the whiteness of the hemp fabric is quite high, almost pure white.
The yarn count is about 40, and the warp is about 60, and is recommended for shirts and blouses!

*There are some unevenness and neps in the weave, which is a natural result of the hemp yarn spinning process.

タイトル通りになりますがパンツやジャケットにちょうどいい生地厚のツウィード生地になります。

リサイクルウールを使っていますので、ウール100％と比べるとチクチク感が少なく感じます。

合繊繊維が30％入っているため、シワになりにくいのも特徴の一つ。

縦落ちのように白色のネップ糸が入って冬らしいツウィードになっています。

ラミーリネンが少し入ったポリエステル　カーキ

パッと見はラミーリネンのシャリッとした感触のシャツ生地のイメージを表現したポリエステルの織物になります。

生地の表面を触った感じがザラッとしています。横方向にストレッチ性があって病みつきになりそうな感触です

麻が少し入ったポリエステルよりは薄手になり、縦方向のシワ感があります。

＊麻の独特の風合いを生かし多少の織りムラやネップなどございますが麻糸を紡ぐときに出来る自然な物です。

5オンスくらいのコットンポリエステルデニムのご紹介。

緯糸にストレッチ性のあるポリエステルを使っておりますので軽く伸縮性があります。

ネイビーはタテ糸がインディゴネイビー、ヨコ糸がオフホワイト。
ブラックはタテ糸がブラック、ヨコ糸がライトグレー。

薄手のデニムでシワになりにくいのも特徴です。5オンスくらいですが透け感はありません。

*　インディゴ染料を使用していますので白物とのお洗濯は色移りしますのでお控えください。

Introducing our cotton polyester denim weighing approximately 5 ounces.

The weft yarn uses stretch polyester, providing light elasticity.

Navy: Warp yarn is indigo navy, weft yarn is off-white.
Black: Warp yarn is black, weft yarn is light gray.

This lightweight denim is also wrinkle-resistant. Despite being around 5 oz, it is not see-through.

* Since this product uses indigo dye, please avoid washing it with white items to prevent color transfer.
