Out of Standard: Coolmax Seersucker Stretch Grey [DY772I]

This fabric was finished differently than the client's specified dyeing, hence the discounted sale. The fabric itself is free from defects or stains. Physical properties are sound; we believe it will satisfy if the colour suits your preference.

The striped section was intended to be finished in black but has instead turned out as a reddish grey.

昔は手作業で織ったり染めたりしたインド綿で80番手コットンローンがこの様なふんわりとした柔らかい風合いで人気があって有名でした。でも、織り傷が多くてたまに砂も入ったりして（ガンジス川で晒す？）いたことがあって日本で売るには難しい感じでした。

今は日本の織りと染色工業の皆様の「手」でインド80ｓコットンローンに負けないとても良い風合い、生地目の詰まり具合で透けにくく麻織物より涼しい生地が出来上がっています。

是非手にとって触っていただきたい。癒やされます。

通常の生地よりも手作業の為シワ部分が目立つ場合があります。その分魔法の様な風合いが出されています。

Touzuki is a well-known laundry service in the Kanto region.

In the past, 80-count cotton lawn made from Indian cotton, which was woven and dyed by hand, was popular and famous for its soft, fluffy texture. However, it often had many weaving defects and sometimes even sand in it (perhaps from being bleached in the Ganges River?), making it difficult to sell in Japan.

Now, thanks to the skilled hands of Japanese weaving and dyeing professionals, we have created a fabric that rivals Indian 80s cotton lawn in terms of texture and density, making it less transparent and cooler than linen fabric.

Please feel free to touch and experience it for yourself. It is truly soothing.

Due to the handmade process, wrinkles may be more noticeable than in regular fabrics. However, this adds to its magical texture.

This is a salt-shrunk, crimped cotton satin tumbler-washed fabric, skillfully dyed using 80-count cotton yarn.

After repeatedly kneading the fabric before dyeing, it is compressed to the extreme to create a resilient finish, resulting in a plump texture.

Ideal for patterns requiring movement and a resilient feel, this fabric differs from sun-dried typewriter-style fabrics. It offers both resilience and a smooth satin finish that resists dust accumulation.

Though 80-count yarn might suggest thinness, the compression technique allows it to elevate garments—from wide-leg pants and coat-like designs to voluminous skirts and harem pants—to a higher level of sophistication.

ナイロンとコットンでできた織物を私達はN/Cクロスと呼ぶことがあります。NはNylon(ナイロン)、CはCotton（コットン）という頭文字を取ったもの。

N/Cクロスは多いのが風合いが少し硬くて丈夫なので作業着などにも使うことがよくあります。

この生地はハイカウント仕様で通常のリップストップより生地目を詰めて織ってあるのでハリ感がありますが、着込んで行くほどデニムのように柔らかくなる傾向のタイプの生地になります。スケない生地ですので用途が広がります。

厚みは綿10番手の平織りくらいになります。

パンツはワイドな感じのイメージに、ジャケット・コートにも合いそうな生地です。

Cotton nylon ripstop khaki.：

We sometimes refer to fabrics made of nylon and cotton as N/C cloth. N stands for Nylon and C stands for Cotton.

Many N/C cloths have a slightly hard and durable texture, so they are often used for work clothes.

This fabric has a high count specification and is woven with a tighter weave than regular ripstop, so it has a firm feel, but the more you wear it, the more it becomes soft like denim. The fabric does not slip, so it can be used for a wide range of purposes.

The thickness is about the same as 10 count cotton plain weave.

The pants have a wide feel and are made of fabric that would go well with a jacket or coat.

コットンの無地で作品を作ったのに色落ちや経年劣化によって洋服の雰囲気が変わってしまうことありませんか？

mittelの押しているコットンとナイロンを絶妙なバランス感覚で織り込んだギャバジン織り（綾織）になります。

高密度ハリ感をもたせて織ってあり、そこに柔軟洗いをかけ更に特殊加工でドライタッチの強い洗いざらしの雰囲気に仕上げてあります。

お色目はネイビーとロイヤルブルーの中間色。明るめのネイビーといった印象で、ネイビーがお好きな方にチャレンジしていただきたいお色。

実際にこの生地でパンツを作ってみました。↓

私：可児が毎日のように着用していますが、コットンだけでなく強度や摩耗に強く色あせにくいナイロンを使うことによって洗いざらしの雰囲気ドライタッチが長続きします。最初生地の風合いが硬いかな？と思ったのですが3回位洗濯機で洗うと馴染んで柔らかく良い風合いになります。コットン100％だと朝着てパリッとしているけど夕方に柔らかくなるパンツと違い、洗いざらしが長続きしています。

145cm width high-density C/N mixed weave gaber

Have you ever made a piece of work with plain cotton but the color fades or the clothes change their atmosphere over time?

Mittel's gabardine weave (twill weave) is a perfect balance of cotton and nylon.

It is woven with a high-density bounciness, then softly washed and specially processed to give it a strong dry touch and a washed atmosphere.

The color is between navy and royal blue. It has an impression of bright navy, and is a color we would like those who like navy to try.

We actually made pants with this fabric.

I: Kani wears it everyday. By using not only cotton but also nylon, which is strong and resistant to abrasion and fading, the washed atmosphere and dry touch lasts longer. At first I thought the texture of the fabric might be stiff. But after washing in the washing machine for about 3 times, it becomes softer and better. Unlike pants made of 100% cotton, which are crispy when worn in the morning but soften in the evening, the washed feel is long-lasting.

70% cotton, 30% nylon

天竺ニットにも双糸と単糸があって、双糸で編むと風合いがしっかり目の天竺ニットができます。単糸で編むと（糸の撚り方にもよる）フワッとした斜行系天竺ニットができます。

このニットは双糸の糸を使った標準的な厚みの天竺ニットになります

。 トップスを作っても型くずれしにくく長く着て頂けるかと思います。

40 count twin yarn jersey knit：cotton100%

Jersey knit has both twin and single yarns. When single yarn is used (depending on the twist of the yarn), a fluffy jersey knit is produced.

This knit is a standard thickness jersey knit using twin yarn.

The knit is made of twin yarns and is of a standard thickness. It will not easily lose its shape and can be worn for a long time even if you make tops.

コットンとウールを使ったチノクロス（コットンの綾織）になります。チノパン・軽いシャツコート等に使えるくらいの生地の厚みとなります。

NunoMittelでは生地の再生・再加工をしています。この生地もその中の一つ。

生地の風合いを日本の加工技術によって元の生地から風合いを変化させて販売しています。

この生地はもともとメンズのトレンチコートを作るバシッとした硬い風合いの生地でした。

しかし、クタクタになるまで加工工場で生地を洗い込んだ後クタクタ感とハリ感を両立した風合いに変化させて仕上げました。

この風合いになると、コットン１００％だけのチノクロスでは味わえない高級感とカジュアル感の両立ができると考えたからです。

ウールでしかできないネイビーやカーキの濃い色合いも含めて楽しんでいただければと思います。

アイリッシュリネンを使用した12オンスデニムになります。

リネン100％。

私が考えるにボトムに使うリネンは太番手でしっかりと厚みがあった方が、シャキッとしたシルエットになると思っています。

もちろん、40番手や60番手・25番手も用途によっては良いですが、着用していくうちにダラ〜っとしてしまいます。スカートや「洗い込んだ・・・・」的にはベストです。

綿のデニムはそこまでダラ〜っとしにくいですが、リネンのデニムは薄手の生地だと顕著に出てくる蛍光がありますので12オンス。約14番手〜18番手くらいです。

永く着用していただきたいリネンデニムです。

[ORIGINAL] Irish Linen Denim, Tumbler Wash [STDE6229T]

This is a 12-ounce denim made from Irish linen.

100% linen.

In my opinion, linen used for bottoms should be made from a heavier, thicker yarn to achieve a crisp silhouette.

Of course, 40-count, 60-count, or 25-count linen can work well depending on the application, but they tend to lose their shape and become baggy over time. They’re best suited for skirts or a “well-worn” look.

Cotton denim doesn’t tend to lose its shape as easily, but with linen denim, thin fabrics tend to show a noticeable sheen, so I’ve chosen 12-ounce fabric—approximately 14 to 18 count.

This is a linen denim I hope you’ll enjoy wearing for a long time.

* To preserve the unique texture of linen, there may be slight irregularities in the weave or neps; these are natural characteristics that occur during the spinning of the linen yarn.

* Since indigo dye is used, please avoid washing with white items to prevent color transfer.

＊生地が折れ曲がると白い筋が付くように加工されたものです。また、この加工の特徴として風合いが硬いですが、この硬い生地を使い込むことによって色の変化と風合いが柔らかくなるという現象がおきます。

当然、生地を裁断（販売時）するときも折れ曲がったりしますので無作為に白い筋が入りますが、この生地を洗ったり、もんだりしていくと全体に白い筋が行き渡り雰囲気ある生地となります。もちろん、コートやバックなどにも良いと思います。

60番手綾織バーバリーリネンの生地になります。糸全体の毛羽は取り除きフラットに仕上げました。

60番手の細番手で生地目を詰めてバーバーリーの要領で織って、ガス焼きして毛羽を取り除いて生地目を詰めました。
