146ｃｍ巾バージョンの100番手双糸を使ったスーピマ綿コーマ糸を使ったブロードになります。
白いシャツの生地については色々な考え方があると思いますが、ブロードといえば100番手双糸が理想だと思います。
100番手という超長綿しかできない撚糸の糸を2本撚りにしたコシのある綿糸を使用。
このスーピマ綿コーマ糸で織ったブロードの自然な光沢感、洗い込んだ後のシワ感が普通の40番や50番などの単糸で織ったブロードとウンテイの差で、型崩れしにくくシワ感がだらし無くないのがポイントの生地。

一見、ポリエステルの生地ではないか？と見間違えるほど光沢としなやかさが魅力のイタリア製：MONTI社のブロードをご紹介いたします。
コットンの原料・紡績の工程が素晴らしく、糸自体がツルッとしています。毛羽の少ない糸を使うことによって打ち込み（生地の織り方向の縦と横が詰まっている）がしっかりとしていますので、コシがあり光沢と共に高級感がとてもあります。
ハウンドトゥース＝千鳥柄 の大きさは約2〜3ミリ程度です。
この生地は良く紳士服のオーダーメイド用に使われることが多く、末永く使っていただける生地だと思います。シワ感がとても素敵なので洗い込んで着ていただいても良いですし、エレガントにクリーニング仕様で使って頂いても遜色ありません。きっと、シャツだと襟部分の形が綺麗に出ると思います。

私：可児が毎日のように着用していますが、コットンだけでなく強度や摩耗に強く色あせにくいナイロンを使うことによって洗いざらしの雰囲気ドライタッチが長続きします。最初生地の風合いが硬いかな？と思ったのですが3回位洗濯機で洗うと馴染んで柔らかく良い風合いになります。コットン100％だと朝着てパリッとしているけど夕方に柔らかくなるパンツと違い、洗いざらしが長続きしています。

平織りにはない綾織カルゼの優しい感触の生地になります。
カルゼ織りとは綾織の一種で斜めに織柄がくっきりとでるタイプの織り方で比較的太番手で織ることが多いのですが60番と40番の単糸の細番手で織り上げています。
そこにカルゼ独特のふっくら感を残しつつ自然なシワが残るようにタンブラーワッシャー加工をしてあります。 色違いのホワイトもほとんどスケなく使い勝手が良さそうです。

久々にウールのプリント生地のご紹介。
パット見コットンタイプライターのウォッシュ加工のように見える、ナイロンの平織物になります。
10オンスくらいのデニムになります。
カバンに使うレースになります。
コットンとポリエステルで織っていてかなりハリ感があります。
良い生地なんですが、生地の両耳に黄ばみ汚れがあります。真ん中のキレイな部分を使ってポーチなどにも良いかもと思います。

アイリッシュリネンを使用した12オンスデニムになります。
リネン100％。
私が考えるにボトムに使うリネンは太番手でしっかりと厚みがあった方が、シャキッとしたシルエットになると思っています。
もちろん、40番手や60番手・25番手も用途によっては良いですが、着用していくうちにダラ〜っとしてしまいます。スカートや「洗い込んだ・・・・」的にはベストです。
綿のデニムはそこまでダラ〜っとしにくいですが、リネンのデニムは薄手の生地だと顕著に出てくる蛍光がありますので12オンス。約14番手〜18番手くらいです。
永く着用していただきたいリネンデニムです。
＊麻の独特の風合いを生かし多少の織りムラやネップなどございますが麻糸を紡ぐときに出来る自然な物です。
* インディゴ染料を使用していますので白物とのお洗濯は色移りしますのでお控えください。
[ORIGINAL] Irish Linen Denim, Tumbler Wash [STDE6229T]
This is a 12-ounce denim made from Irish linen.
100% linen.
In my opinion, linen used for bottoms should be made from a heavier, thicker yarn to achieve a crisp silhouette.
Of course, 40-count, 60-count, or 25-count linen can work well depending on the application, but they tend to lose their shape and become baggy over time. They’re best suited for skirts or a “well-worn” look.
Cotton denim doesn’t tend to lose its shape as easily, but with linen denim, thin fabrics tend to show a noticeable sheen, so I’ve chosen 12-ounce fabric—approximately 14 to 18 count.
This is a linen denim I hope you’ll enjoy wearing for a long time.
* To preserve the unique texture of linen, there may be slight irregularities in the weave or neps; these are natural characteristics that occur during the spinning of the linen yarn.
* Since indigo dye is used, please avoid washing with white items to prevent color transfer.

20番手の双糸にスパンデックス（ストレッチ糸）を入れて編んだ天竺ニットになります。
ストレッチ無しの20番手天竺ニットは柔らかく素朴な風合いになるのですが、ストレッチ糸を入れたら激変して厚手のデニムのような風合いになりました。
編み終わった状態は145ｃｍくらいですが、ストレッチ糸を入れて縮まるので100ｃｍの幅になります。
その分圧縮されたようになり、ストレッチがガツンと効くわけです。
デニムのような厚みですので、パンツなどに最適だと思います。
